Target Population

Sentenced offenders from the following categories:
  • Intermediate Punishment,
  • Community Punishment Violators At-Risk for Revocation,
  • Residential Community Corrections Center Graduates,
  • Post-Releasees who completed prison treatment progam.

Standard Screening & Assessment

  • Focus on Criminogenic Need & Substance Abuse;
  • Identify & Prioritize other Need.

Completed by Probation, TASC & CJPP
